Ingredients
½ cup ice
2 cups milk
2 bananas, ripe
1 cup yogurt
½ tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine
2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey (optional)
Directions
1. In a blender, add the ice, milk, yogurt, bananas, and ginger.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add sugar as needed.
