Chicken Creme Fraiche

Robbing existing recipes to get started so thanks Aisling / Orli.

You will need:

150 g of chicken fillet (diced) or quorn chicken pieces(Half a bag)
1 medium onion diced
Half a punnett of mushrooms diced
1 Tblsp spoon of Olive oil
Qtr piece Garlic to flavour(so more if you wish) Pepper to season
4Tbl of crème fraiche A little soya or low fat milk
Half a cup of uncooked brown or wholegrain rice

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add in chopped onion and chopped garlic. Put in diced chicken fillet or quorn chicken pieces
Stir fry until ingredients slightly browned add in chopped mushrooms and 4tbl spoons of crème fraiche. Let shimmer for 5mins very slowly Stir and add milk to get your preferred consistency.
Serve with cooked brown or wholegrain rice 

Some Ideas: You can add what vegetables you like, peppers etc:Frozen peas through the rice is nice too.
Add a spoon of goats or grated parmasan cheese for flavor
Don’t be afraid to experiment with spices and herbs!
